Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations and Modifications
You may cancel your order for a full refund (minus any non-refundable design or proof fees) only before production begins and before you approve the final proof.
Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted. Modifications after proof approval may incur additional charges and will extend production time.

IDEA SHOW Custom Neon Returns Policy
IDEA SHOW Custom Neon offers returns and refunds for faulty products only. Custom Neon will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the source of the fault and is at the sole discretion of IDEA SHOW Custom Neon.
IDEA SHOW Custom Neon Warranty
IDEA SHOWV Custom Neon indoor and outdoor products include a one-year warranty that covers electrical components when used appropriately. Please be aware that Indoor Signs are not suitable for use outdoors or anywhere they might get wet. Inappropriate use will void the warranty. Resolution for faulty signs will be dependent on the source of the fault and will be determined between Custom Neon and the purchaser.
Warranty Coverage for Hard Wired & Installed Signs
IDEA SHOW Custom Neon bears no responsibility for any costs incurred when installing and/or uninstalling your sign. If, in the unlikely event that your sign is experiencing a presumed fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair. If you have chosen to have your sign installed and/or hardwired, Custom Neon takes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or re-installing your sign. If an electrician has hardwired in your sign, it is at our sole discretion to decide if the occurring fault is covered under our one-year warranty.
IDEA SHOW Custom Neon Returns Procedure
Please contact us at support@ideashowcustom.com to let us know which products you wish to return and why, attaching a short video of your sign as well as photos. Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you cannot provide both a video and photo(s) of the problem, then our ability to rectify your issue will be limited. Once we have received all of the required information, we will contact you to try to resolve the issue.
If a return has been agreed upon, please note that you must return the faulty product in its original condition with all its original packaging.
If a return has been agreed upon, the faulty item must be returned for inspection by IDEA SHOW Custom Neon within 14 days of when you received the product.
If a replacement has been agreed upon, IDEA SHOW Custom Neon will endeavor to produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible.
If a full or partial refund has been agreed upon, IDEA SHOW Custom Neon will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.
Damaged in Transit
We recommend opening your Custom Neon parcel upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your sign has been damaged in transit, Custom Neon will ensure that a resolution is provided.
Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery of your Custom Neon sign to be eligible for a replacement. Damage or faults reported after this time period will follow our general returns and refunds policy and will not be covered under warranty. Note: the delivery date is the courier delivery date, which can be found by following the prompts in your tracking email.
If you believe your item has been damaged in transit and you are within the 7-day claim period, please send an email to your LED Neon Designer or support@ideashowcustom.com with all of the following:
· a clear photo of the damage to the sign,
· a clear photo of the box & any damage to the outer box,
· and a clear photo of the shipping label on the box.
Lost, Missing & Stolen Signs
IDEA SHOW Custom takes all necessary care to ensure our signs are delivered safely to our customers. We use a premium express shipping service that requires a signature on delivery. The customer may request to opt out of the signature on delivery directly through the shipping service once the shipment process has begun. Please be aware that if you opt out of the signature on delivery requirement, IDEA SHOW Custom will take no responsibility for lost, missing, or stolen parcels marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping service.
Indoor neon lights have a one-year warranty. If damage is not caused by human error, we will replace the product free of charge, but the customer will need to pay the shipping cost. Outdoor neon lights have a six-month warranty. If damage is not caused by human error, we will replace the product free of charge, but the customer will need to pay the shipping cost.
If you receive a damaged product that cannot be turned on, or if the light panel or strip is damaged, please take a video and send it to us via email. We will immediately replace the product (Free Shipping).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this U.S. Shopping Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website with the updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services or placement of new orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
